GREEN CHILI CHICKEN CASSEROLE
This recipe is the one I talked about on my show today. I used tortilla chips but if you have corn tortillas or fritos they would work well too. We all really liked this recipe, I hope you do too.
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can chicken broth
1 cup chopped green chili
1 small container sour cream
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon table salt
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 chopped onion
1 lb. shredded cheese
1 bag tortilla chips
Mix and heat soups, broth, chili, sour cream and water, add salts. In a 9" x 13" pan layer chips, soup mixture, chicken, onions and cheese. Repeat layers until pan is full, pour soup mixture over all. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes until heated through.
